** New Section: SSgt Alfred Moss **
Staff Sergeant Alfred Moss was an Army Physical training instructor from the turn of the twentieth century. He was a prize winner of the Army Gymnastics competition of 1900 and holder 1st class certificate in Gymnastics. He had been part of thr Gym Staff at Aldershot and was a prolific author on physical training.
His works included:

Horizontal Bar Exercises

Simple Dumbbell Exercises

He did compete in early bodybuilding competition though was penalised for being tattooed.
