Thomas Inch On Strength
A Manual of Physical training contains lots of guidance, everything from self resisted (dynamic tension) exercises up to weightlifting. Thomas Inch on Strength includes some really good descriptions of the Bent press and Two hands anyhow, two staples of the performing strongman.
